For me, that dog is Ellie.

She’s a reminder to enjoy the sunshine a little longer, get excited about the small things, love without hesitation, and never underestimate the power of simply being together.

We spend so much of our lives caring for them, but somehow, they’re always the ones teaching us. 🥹

Here’s to the dogs who make ordinary days feel special and leave pawprints on every part of who we are. And especially to my Ellie girl. 💛🐾

Pawmetto Pet Services is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, compassionate individual to join our team providing professional, in-home pet care.

We specialize in personalized care for senior pets and those with medical needs, so this role requires strong attention to detail, patience, and a genuine love for animals.

This is not a casual pet sitting position—we are looking for someone who takes pride in providing consistent, high-quality care and treats every pet like their own.

Responsibilities include:
• In-home pet sitting visits (dogs, cats, and occasional small animals)
• Following detailed care instructions and routines
• Administering medications (or willingness to learn)
• Providing clear, timely updates to clients

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience with animals (professional or personal)
• Is reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Has reliable transportation
• Has strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Maintains a calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor

Preferred (but not required):
• Veterinary, kennel, or professional pet sitting experience
• Experience with senior pets or medical care

This is a flexible position with opportunity to grow within the company. Plus dogs are the best coworkers 🐶
