Welcome to Monday! 🐴 Assistant Trainer Dooley is on duty this morning, helping decide where we’ll ride and what the goals of the day will be for all the horses. Apparently, he takes his job very seriously! 😂 Now, if only he could help get everyone’s training plan organized before the first cup of caffeine.Let’s get this week started!

Trusting the horse to see for both themselves and their rider. There’s something so peaceful about these early morning rides—the quiet atmosphere, the soft rhythm of hoofbeats, and a gentle breeze.

Wednesday’s goals: working on bending through large circles to improve suppleness, while continuing to develop responsiveness and connection through the rider’s leg. A quiet morning, but plenty of good training ahead. 🐴

Welcome to your Tuesday! I can’t think of a more peaceful way to start the morning than sitting on the back of a horse in the early morning hours. There’s just something about the quiet, the cool air, and the first ride of the day.

Although, a certain horse would like to remind me that peaceful or not…he thinks it’s probably time for breakfast. 😂🐴

Monday morning means practicing our night vision and trying to beat the rain! 🌧️ Getting the rides in early and making the most of every dry minute before the weather catches up with us

It’s Friday, and for most, that means the end of the workweek. For me, it’s another day of training, riding, and helping horses and riders continue to progress. As long as this is my office and I’m on a horse, I’m happy with my livelihood. Grateful to do what I love every day. 🐴
