🎃 Spooky season should be fun, but Halloween festivities can be overwhelming for our pets.

Before the parties and trick or treating begin:

🍬 Keep candy and wrappers out of reach. Chocolate and xylitol can be dangerous, especially for dogs.
🚪 Set up a quiet, secure space away from the front door and visiting guests.
🏷️ Check that ID tags and microchip contact information are current.
🕯️ Keep candles, cords, and small decorations away from curious noses.
👻 Skip costumes if your pet seems uncomfortable. Any outfit should allow normal movement, vision, and breathing.

If your pet eats something potentially harmful, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary hospital right away.
