Eyes, windows to the soulā¦
If anyone has ever watched me during a session they know that I pay close attention to the horseās eyes Why? Because the horse communicates a great deal through their eyes.
Sometimes itās very subtle & sometimes itās not. Usually, every one can spot the āwildā eye, usually large with some white showingā¦ but can you āfeelā the more subtle messages the horse is communicating to you? Curiosity, trust, anxiety relaxation, understanding, confusion, frustration, compassion, painā¦..
I encourage every horse owner to slow down, watch their horseās eyes, learn to read the subtle messages that your horse is trying to communicate.
Remember horses donāt always shout, sometimes they whisper, be still & listen. š¤«š“
