We’re thrilled to introduce our brand new AllyDVM Pet Portal! We’ve partnered with AllyDVM to make managing your furry family member(s) healthcare easier, faster, and more convenient.

With the new portal, you can now take care of your pet’s needs right from your phone or computer, anytime you want!

What can you do in the pet portal?
• two way texting (to our main line!)
• book appointments
• view medical records
• request medication refills
• stay connected

As we roll out this brand-new system, we kindly ask for a little bit of your patience and bearing with us. Please allow us time to respond to your requests; we promise to get back to you as quickly as possible! 🚨 ATTN! 🚨

One of our employees lost their cat yesterday. She thinks he got out yesterday evening, and normally isn’t an outdoor cat. His name is Neo, he’s a long hair orange and white cat that has been having seizures. He went missing in the middle of the town of Cadiz by the courthouse. If you happen to see him, please call the office! We are here until 1pm today!

In this position you will:

• answer phone calls and handle high call volume
• handle check ins/check out
• process payments
• greet clients
• go over billing if needed
• schedule appointments
• assist veterinarians or technicians if warranted
• update patient records
• review any records client presents
• handle medication pick ups
• go over medication instructions
• be team oriented
• handle fast paced environment
• multitask
