This ol' pup was found running in the storm, soaked to the bone, on route 302 in Circleville near the firehouse.

A muzzle can be an excellent management tool in these situations. If the dog makes an inappropriate choice or reaction, it provides us with another safe opportunity to work through the behavior and reinforce more appropriate responses.
