🐾 GROOMING PICKUP REMINDER 🐾

We kindly ask that all grooming clients pick up their pets within ONE HOUR of receiving the “READY” text. ⏰

We are a grooming facility, not a boarding facility, and we simply do not have the space or staffing to safely hold dogs for several hours after they are finished.

We also have dogs in our care who may be reactive or aggressive toward other dogs. For their safety — and the safety of every pet, client, and staff member — we need our lobby and holding areas to remain clear whenever possible. Delayed pickups can create stressful and potentially unsafe situations for everyone.

Please note: There is a $5 fee for every 30 minutes beyond the 1-hour grace period. This applies to all pickups that extend past the allotted time.

We completely understand that things come up! If you’re running behind, please give us a call or let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate your communication and understanding.

❤️ Thank you for helping us keep our grooming environment safe, calm, and comfortable for everyone! 🐶✨
