HAPPY TAILS FOR DALE! ❤️🥳

Sweet senior Dale was recently returned to us after seven years because his beloved original adopter had sadly passed away. It was heartbreaking and confusing for him. We knew we had to find him a family that would love him just as much!

Then came the perfect match! They met Dale and instantly knew he was the one for them. Now he gets to spend his golden years surrounded by love, with plenty of room to roam, explore, and play on acres of land! 🌲

We couldn’t be happier for Dale! After everything he’s been through, he deserves this happy ending and so much more. Congrats Dale and his new family!! 🏡❤️🐾

Meet Ember, a sweet 7-year-old girl who has been patiently waiting for the forever family she deserves! ❤️

Ember was adopted as a puppy and spent years believing she had found her home. Sadly, she was returned when she was no longer getting along with the other dog in the household. Ember is now looking for her second chance at forever!

If you’ve been to one of our events, there’s a good chance you’ve met this special girl! 🥰 Ember is a total social butterfly who loves people and is always happy to make new friends. She’s also wonderful with children!

For her next chapter, we’re looking for a loving home where Ember can be the only pet. 🐾 Meet Bear & Brisket! 🖤

These two little black kittens clearly decided that Bear’s Barbecue Restaurant was the perfect place to set up their very own all-you-can-eat buffet! 🍖🐱 Found hanging around the restaurant, Bear and Brisket were probably hoping to score some leftovers—or at the very least, snag a table for two! 😉

While they may be named after barbecue favorites, there’s nothing smoky about these girls’ personalities! Bear and Brisket are sweet, playful, curious little kittens who are ready to leave restaurant life behind and find a loving forever home. 🏡❤️

🐾 Meet Zippy (aka Zippity Do Dah)— A Senior Boy Looking for a Second Chance ❤️

At 13 years young, Zippy has already been through more than any dog should have to. He was left alone in an apartment after his owner was moved to assisted living. Thankfully, caring neighbors were bringing him food and reached out for help. Animal Control picked Zippy up and brought him straight to us. 🥺🐾

Despite everything, Zippy still has so much life and love left to give! ❤️ He has lots of energy for his age and LOVES going for walks. 🐕‍🦺 He can be a little shy when he first meets you, but once he feels safe, his sweet personality shines through. Zippy does have a grade 5 heart murmur, but you honestly wouldn't know it by watching him go! He still enjoys his walks and life’s simple pleasures.

What Zippy needs now is simple: a quiet, loving home where he can feel safe, comfortable, and cherished for the rest of his days. 🏡❤️

Senior dogs have so much love to give, and Zippy deserves someone willing to give him the love he’s been missing.

Meet Piglet! 🐷💖

As Winnie-the-Pooh once would have said between hunny breaks, “Sometimes the very smallest things take up the very biggest space in your heart” — and little miss Piglet is here to prove it!
At almost a year old, she’s still tiny enough to make even Piglet look big and brave. Don’t let her kitten-sized fluff fool you though — this girl has the sass of Tigger after three cups of coffee and the zoomies to match. She loves to play games, bounce around, and keep life interesting in true Hundred Acre Wood fashion.
Born to one of our feral mamas, Piglet took a little while to come out of her shell (much like Eeyore leaving the house on a Monday morning). But now she’s blossomed into a playful, energetic sweetheart who’s ready to find her very own cozy corner of the Hundred Acre Wood — preferably with a loving human and maybe a snack or two.
Piglet would do best in a home without small children. She may be okay with other cats, while dogs are still a bit of a mystery. 🐾

Meet Princess 👑

Princess has been through more than her fair share, but she hasn’t let it dim her spirit. After being overbred and ultimately abandoned, she’s now on the road to a brighter future thanks to the care of dedicated rescuers who helped her heal and rediscover happiness. Today, she’s with us—her heart open and ready to love again. 💕

This sweet “pocket pittie” is as loyal as they come. Princess thrives on companionship and is happiest right by your side, whether you’re heading for some fresh air or settling in for a cozy night on the couch. Wherever you are, that’s exactly where she wants to be.

Princess would do best in a calm, adult-only home where she can be the center of attention—no other pets, just her and her people. She’s ready for a forever home where she’ll be cherished, spoiled, and loved the way she truly deserves. ❤️
