HuckleBerry Farm HuckleBerry Farm is an ARBA rabbitry in Blanchard, MI with quality Mini Lop, Mini Rex, and Chapagne d'Argent. We are Abby and Abbi.

We focus on broken and solid Mini Lop; amber, black, chocolate and lynx Mini Rex; and Champagne D'Argent. We're a medium sized rabbitry with around sixty holes. We do not breed for money or profit; we breed for quality to meet the ARBA standard of perfection. We don't breed pets, we breed well typed animals with good personality and good health.

We are looking to move one of our two horn Jacob rams. He's related to almost everyone here so its time for him to move on or go to freezer camp.

Sol was born in June of 2024. He has a beautiful horn set and wonderful fleece. Unfortunately he's a little bit too freckled for our liking, but he would make an excellent addition to a meat flock or someone looking for wool.

He is respectful of humans, no aggression issues ever. All our sheep are trained to follow us when we're carrying a bucket or grain scoop.

The Ch*****ne/project rabbits. They really need a consistent feed to look good again. I'd prefer they all go as a group. I may work with pairs, but they need to go.

The projects are mostly related to other bucks. They come with the pedigrees I've built.

I need a full rabbitry sell out this weekend. My mill can no longer provide feed in a reliable manner.

ALL Mini Lop, about fifteen head, 1500.
ALL Ch*****ne, three pairs, SOLD
ALL Mini Rex: broken castor buck, 2x lilac buck, tan doe, black doe, lynx doe, 300.
One lilac dwarf papillion pet, 20.

I will deliver these to whatever show is this weekend. Corunna? I don't have the time, but my choices aren't great here.

I still have five Mini Lop that need to go. Individual or group.

Or I'll take 1500 for the entire Mini Lop herd. Fourteen or fifteen rabbits. My best rabbits I've probably ever produced. All of them, no piecing out. Including that pretty blue point doe everyone wanted that I knew was never going anywhere. I'm in a bad place. Take advantage of me quickly before I feel better and change my mind. I'm not in the mood for 20 questions. Just take them before I can think about it.

Looking for Ch*****nes? Take all I have for 400. Three bucks, three does. Not all of them pure, but real typey if not.

I also have a black/lilac pair of Mini Rex I'll take 50 for. The rest of the five Mini Rex stay. For now.

I haven't looked at the Mini Rex since these guys were the age to separate and I realized I don't need him. Boy's got width, that's for sure.

Some of you may know that I'm selling just short of out in Mini Lop. It's a last-ditch effort. I posted a picture of everyone I had on my personal page, did some soul searching on my favorites, and had friends take their picks. These are the ones that I know I have left to go. I still need to narrow down more, and I'm sure my friends won't take everything they've pointed out to me. Every single one of these were rabbits that I kept back for myself for some reason or another. I just need six rabbits instead of thirty-six rabbits to clean up after. The board shows everything I know off the top of my head. I'll be bringing everything to Evart (I think, weather really depending) for people to look. Otherwise, I'm happy to meet in Blanchard any time, any day.

Sometimes, I have no idea what I have in my barn. Okay, I feel like this is common occurrence now. The last time I looked at this doe, I immediately threw her back in the cage with ewewewewe going through my head.

She's black. The sun was just really bright. (Yay!)

I'm probably going to try and keep most of this litter, though I certainly don't need both bucks. And of course, the lilac appeals to me just a little bit more than the lynx. (At least there are does that aren't immediately hideous. I need those.)
