At Shaggy Chic, I always strive to provide the absolute best care and experience for your pet. To elevate our quality of service and ensure a calm, personalized environment, the business is moving in an exciting new direction.
Shaggy Chic is transitioning from a multi-person team to an intimate, owner-operated studio. Moving forward, I am transitioning the business to a 1-on-1 dedicated bathing and grooming model where your pet receives my undivided attention.
What this means for you and your pet:
* Dedicated 1-on-1 care: Your pet will be just with me for their entire visit from start to finish—including bathing, drying, and styling.
* A calmer, safer environment: By eliminating the hand-off between different people, your pet will experience less stress, fewer distractions, and a much quieter atmosphere.
* Stronger relationships: As your pet's dedicated groomer, I will get to know their unique personality, comfort levels, and specific styling preferences perfectly.
Booking Updates and Appointments:
To support this premium, undivided attention model, I have restructured my daily schedule to provide staggered drop-off times throughout the day. Because I am focusing entirely on just a couple of pets at a time, daily appointments could be limited. I highly recommend booking your upcoming appointments well in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot.
