At Memories Afield Taxidermy, we know how exciting it is to wonder, “How is my trophy coming along?” We’re excited to introduce our new CHECK MY STATUS page, designed to make it easier than ever to follow your trophy as it moves through the process!

🔎 Use the CHECK MY STATUS page on our website to enter your project number and see what stage your trophy is currently in.

📱 WHERE DO I GET MY PROJECT NUMBER?

Your project number will be provided through our Wix Chat on the website.

💬 Click the Wix Chat button and ask us for your project number. Once you receive your number, keep it handy!

Then simply go to the CHECK MY STATUS page, enter your project number, and see the current status of your trophy.

🏔️ CALIFORNIA TROPHIES — WE’RE WORKING HARD!

We are currently working through as many of our California trophies as possible and are focused on getting projects completed and bringing our workload fully up to date.

We are also planning a one-day-only drop-off trip to California for customers who need pick up their trophies. Details and the date will be announced here on our website, so keep checking back!

We completely understand that you are excited to see how your trophy is coming along — and we are excited to get it finished for you!

Please use the CHECK MY STATUS page to check your project before calling about its progress. Keeping phone calls about project status to a minimum allows us to spend more time at the bench doing what we love — getting your trophies completed!

📦 COMPLETED TROPHIES — PLEASE PICK UP PROMPTLY

When your trophy is completed and ready for pickup, we ask that you please make arrangements to pay for and pick up your piece as soon as possible.

Our storage space is limited, and every piece that stays here after completion takes up valuable space we need for the next customer's trophy. We need that space to keep moving forward and getting more work completed!

We truly appreciate your help by picking up completed work promptly. It makes a big difference in our ability to keep the shop moving and stay on schedule.

Memories Afield Taxidermy is officially welcoming both returning clients and new hunters for the upcoming season!

Our team is working diligently to complete and deliver all current projects as quickly as possible. If you haven't received a phone call just yet, please sit tight—that simply means your trophy is still in progress. To keep you in the loop, we will soon be adding a dedicated page to our website where you can track upcoming builds and see the step-by-step process as your mount comes to life!

For those who have already been notified that their project is finished, we kindly ask that you pick up your piece as soon as possible. Prompt pickups help us free up vital shop space so we can keep production moving smoothly and prepare for the incoming harvest season.

Two young anglers lit up the shop, heading home with rainbow trout skin mounts that marked a huge milestone — the very first fish each of them has ever caught. The excitement was off the charts, and those mounts are going to be memories they carry for a lifetime.

This is just the beginning of my skin mount journey, with more to come. Learning new techniques has truly been a rewarding experience on my path to success.
