Seems to be never ending... these two were just picked up and brought in after someone noticed the box in a shopping cart in Ridleys parking lot... DO BETTER!!! THIS IS NOT OKAY!! they were extremely hot! And terrified!!

🚨 UPDATE ON MOM & HER 7 PUPPIES 🚨

We have still not found the owner of this sweet momma and her seven puppies, found near 800 E 900 N, and we are still asking for the public’s help. Someone has to know where this family came from.

We understand that times are hard. We also understand that shelters are FULL, homeless pets are everywhere, and many shelters—including ours—have waiting lists.

But there are resources available.

If you are struggling to feed your pets while waiting for us to have room, PLEASE reach out. We help with pet food whenever we can so animals can remain fed and cared for until we are able to bring them into the shelter. Asking for help is always a better option than allowing an animal to suffer.

The bottom line is this: Mom did not become this emaciated overnight. This family did not become this hungry and thirsty overnight. There is simply no excuse for allowing animals to get into this condition without reaching out for help.

❤️ Today, mom and all 7 puppies received their vaccines and dewormer, and they are now on a good, nutritious diet. It will take some time and a lot of care before they are back to a healthy weight and ready to become available for adoption.

Until then, they will have full bellies, warm beds, medical care, socialization, and all the love we can give them. 🐾❤️

Taking in a family of eight is a significant expense, especially when our shelter is already full. If you would like to donate toward their food, medical care, vaccines, spay/neuters, and everything else they will need, we would be incredibly grateful. Every dollar helps us continue caring for animals who have nowhere else to go.

Please keep SHARING their story. We are still looking for answers.

Someone knows this momma. Someone knows where these puppies came from. Help us find them. 🐾

💔 Unfortunately, Kenny is back with us.

His adopter felt that Kenny didn’t want to be with them because he kept trying to run away. But Kenny is just barely 1 year old—he is still very much a puppy!

At this age, dogs are still learning boundaries, routines, and what it means to be part of a family. A new home, new people, new smells, and a completely different routine can be overwhelming. Some dogs settle in quickly, while others need time, patience, consistency, and training before they understand that they are finally home.

Kenny isn’t a bad dog, and he wasn’t trying to say he didn’t want a family. He’s a young dog who still has a lot to learn. ❤️

We would love to find Kenny a family who understands that adopting a young dog is a commitment—not just for the easy days, but through the learning stages too. Someone willing to keep him secure, work with him, give him structure, and allow him the time he needs to bond.

🐾 Kenny deserves another chance. He’s only a year old, and he has his whole life ahead of him. Please help us find the family who will give him the time he needs to realize, “This is my home, and these are my people.” ❤️🏡

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP — DOES ANYONE RECOGNIZE THIS MOM AND HER 7 PUPPIES? 🚨

This momma and her seven puppies were found near 800 E 900 N and came into our shelter as strays. Their condition is absolutely heartbreaking.

Mom is extremely emaciated, and they came to us very thirsty and very hungry. This kind of condition does not happen overnight. Somehow, this mom has been trying to survive while also caring for seven babies. This is unacceptable.

We need the community’s help finding their owner or finding out where these dogs came from. Someone has to recognize them or know something.

❤️ If you would like to donate to help us care for this little family, we would greatly appreciate the help. Caring for eight additional dogs means food, vaccinations, deworming, medical care, spay/neuters, microchips, and everything else they will need before they are ready for loving homes.
