Draco is in need of a new home. Draco is a handsome Rottweiler who is turning 5 yrs old in October. He is a neutered male weighing in at 140 pounds. He is a good boy but may take a little bit to warm to new people. Draco gets along with some dogs. Draco has not been around cats, and needs a home without children. A huge THANK YOU to Neil and the team at Land and Water Sports LLC for their generous support of the Jackson County Wisconsin Animal Shelter. L.A.W.S put on two community luncheon events (on land and water of course!) and raised over $720 in donations for the shelter 🐾💙 we appreciate you!

SPROUT, a charming orange tabby, was born at the Jackson County Animal Shelter in April 2025. As a neutered male with up-to-date vaccinations, he is now ready for adoption. SPROUT's ideal home would provide a nurturing environment where he can express his unique personality, with ample space for indoor and outdoor activities. He seeks a home where he can relax, receive affection, and enjoy treats, without any expectation of achieving exceptional feline accomplishments.

Talk about being patient. CLAM has been nothing but patient while waiting for her next person. She arrived at the shelter in October as a stray so not a lot is known about her past life. What we do know is that she is a senior lady who would prefer a quiet life of leisure. Who is ready to swoop up this special lady and give her the life she deserves?

Little Velma came to Jackson County Animal Shelter as a young kitten. She and her sister Daphne were found in a ditch the middle of June and have grown up to be sweethearts. Daphne has been adopted and now Velma is looking for her special someone.
Velma comes spayed and up to date on her vaccines. Stop in to meet sweet Velma!

Our endearing little BUMPER, a sweet and energetic little girl weighing 3.8 pounds, has a remarkable story to share. She arrived in Black River Falls by riding on a car's bumper all the way from Eau Claire! It is fortunate that she was spotted and brought to the shelter, where she has had time to settle in and make new friends. Now, she is ready to ride to her new home safely inside your vehicle and become your new companion. Visit the shelter to meet BUMPER!
