Clarabelle is an (approx) 11 month old stunning pure-bred Belgian Malinois my husband rescued from a "breeder" when she was around 12 weeks old. She is spayed, is on regular heartworm and flea and tick prevention, and is up-to-date on all shots. She is very social and gets along with all people and generally does well with other dogs, as long as she is properly introduced. We have three small children in the home and she has never been aggressive but is still a rowdy puppy, so I would generally not recommend someone with small children adopt her. She has been through a 4 week ON LEASH board and train program. She is a dream on a leash and follows basic commands and is crate and house trained.
We love this dog and have invested significant time and money in her. However, our biggest issue is that we cannot keep her contained. She can jump over our four foot fence and she runs through her invisible fence when she sees something she really wants. He new home would need to have a solid fence 5 ft or higher. This dog must go to home where the new owner has experience with this breed. She needs a firm, experienced hand to provide additional training off leash and teach her some manners in the house. She will make an excellent loyal dog for the right person. The re-homing fee is $500.
