🎉 WE'RE A BEST OF MADISON FINALIST! 🎉

Today, we're celebrating—and it's all because of you.
Being named a Best of Madison finalist is an incredible honor, but what makes this recognition so meaningful isn't the title itself. It's the people and pets behind it.

Every wagging tail, every happy purr, every nervous first visit, every senior pet we've loved alongside you, every puppy and kitten we've watched grow up—those moments are what Creekside is all about.

This recognition belongs to our amazing clients who trust us with their beloved family members. It belongs to our dedicated team who bring compassion, skill, and heart to work every day. And it belongs to the community that has supported us from the very beginning.

When Creekside was first imagined, the goal was simple: create a place where pets receive exceptional care and where the people who love them feel supported every step of the way.
To see that dream grow into a clinic that so many families trust—and now to be recognized as a Best of Madison finalist—is something we're incredibly grateful for.

Thank you for choosing us. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for allowing us to share in the lives of the pets you love.
Voting opens today, and if Creekside has made a difference for you or your pet, we would be honored to have your vote. You can vote once per email address, and you don't need to live in Madison to participate.

No matter what happens next, we're already celebrating. This recognition is a reflection of an amazing community, and we're so grateful to be a part of it.

Thank you for helping make Creekside what it is today. ❤️🐾

CASE UPDATE: The mystery has been solved.

After days of tireless investigation, unauthorized plant inspections, intense bird surveillance, cabinet reconnaissance, and one highly questionable interview technique, Detective Bennie and Assistant Battie have uncovered the truth.

Unfortunately, they've been informed they are not allowed to reveal their findings until tomorrow.

Bennie has accepted this news with the professionalism one would expect from a seasoned investigator.
(He has not.)

Sources report he spent most of the afternoon explaining that he is "clearly the greatest detective of his generation" and sketching plans for a new business venture:

Bennie's Purrivate Investigations
"No clue too small. No snack too hidden."

Battie has declined to comment and appears mostly interested in her next nap.
For now, the case remains sealed.

Tomorrow, the truth is revealed.

Bennie's (and Battie's) Investigation Log – Day 6

Assistant Investigator Battie joined today's mission.
Our assignment was to inspect a suspicious green and yellow object located in the clinic. Initial observations suggested it might be a snack. Further investigation revealed it was, in fact, a plant.

While examining the plant, Assistant Battie discovered a mysterious square containing strange markings. We believe the object is called a "Post-it Note."
The note appeared to contain important information. Unfortunately, neither investigator could read it because we are cats.

Battie suggested we leave it where we found it.
I suggested we eat it.

We reached a compromise and stared at it for several minutes.
Investigation Status: Inconclusive.

Tomorrow's mission: Process all we've learned. And snacks.

BENNIE INVESTIGATES
Case File #003: The Mystery Cabinet
Today’s investigation took me deep into the Cat Room.
At first glance, everything seemed normal.
Quiet. Peaceful. Suspiciously peaceful.

That’s when I discovered it.
A cabinet door.
Slightly open.
Now, lesser investigators may have ignored this clue.
But not me.

I carefully entered the cabinet to inspect its contents.
Inside I discovered:
supplies
towels
the GOOD treats
darkness

Naturally, I stayed in there far longer than necessary for investigative purposes.
The humans asked things like:
“Bennie, how did you even get in there?”
And:
“Can someone get Bennie out of the cabinet?”

But what they fail to understand is this:
You cannot solve mysteries from OUTSIDE the cabinet.

Final conclusions:
The Cat Room contains many secrets.
Cabinets are apparently not private.
I fit in places I probably should not fit.
Further investigation is required.

BENNIE INVESTIGATES: DAILY LOG
Case File #002: The Battie Interrogation
Today I interviewed Battie.
I use the term “interviewed” loosely. Apparently HR prefers the term “aggressively questioned.” (See comment #1 for surveillance video they are forcing me to be "transparent")

Battie arrived late to the meeting because she was “napping in a sunbeam.” Suspicious already. No serious employee naps that hard.

I opened with the important questions:
“Where were you at 2:13 PM yesterday?”
“Why do you stare at walls?”
“Do you actually work here?”
Battie responded by blinking slowly at me for 14 uninterrupted seconds.
Classic intimidation tactic.

When asked about her qualifications, she claimed she specializes in “morale.”
I requested documentation.
She licked her shoulder.

Then I asked the important question:
“How do you convince humans to adore you without committing even ONE workplace crime?”
At this point Battie chose silence.
Very suspicious behavior.

Final conclusions:
Battie is extremely calm under pressure.
She may be running this facility from the shadows.
I fear her a little.
Tomorrow I will continue my investigation. Possibly from a safer distance. I am now certain the cat rooms hold the secrets......

🐾 Bennie Investigates: Day 2

Today Bennie discovered a very important shelf containing paperwork.
He stared at it for a long time in case the answers revealed themselves.
They did not.
Investigation was briefly interrupted by birds at the feeder outside the window.
Bennie attempted surveillance operations but became emotionally involved.

Current findings:
• Papers are complicated
• Birds are suspicious
• Battie definitely knows something

Tomorrow: Bennie interviews Battie.
This may be a mistake. 🔎
