To continue upholding the high standards you expect and deserve, and in light of the significant operational cost increases across various sectors, we will be implementing a necessary adjustment to our service pricing, effective for the year 2026. We understand that price changes require careful consideration, and we assure you this decision was made thoughtfully to allow us to continue investing in the best resources, training, and products for your pets.
To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to fairly accommodate all our clients, we kindly request your attention to the following updates regarding our policies:
* **Cancellation and No-Show Policy:** We will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice during business hours if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the scheduled grooming service. This fee will be due on the day of the missed appointment, and please note that any outstanding fees must be settled to retain future appointments. As a small business, each scheduled slot is vital to our planning and ability to serve our entire client base efficiently.
* **New Drop-Off Window:** Our updated drop-off times for appointments will now be between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. This revised schedule is designed to streamline our operations and ensure that each pet receives our undivided attention.
* **Late Arrival Policy:** We kindly request punctuality for your scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please contact us immediately. Appointments with delays exceeding 15 minutes may be subject to cancellation, and the full service fee will be charged to compensate for the lost appointment slot.
* **Payment Methods:** To optimize our administrative processes, Ruff to Fluff Grooming will now exclusively accept cash and credit/debit card payments. Please be aware that a 3% surcharge will be applied to all card transactions.
* **Health and Safety Requirements:** The well-being of all pets in our care is paramount. As such, we will continue to require that all dogs have up-to-date Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations prior to their grooming appointments. This policy is crucial for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for every pet within our facility.
