We pride ourselves on offering high quality animals. Many of our animals are produced by us, and if not, they are quarantined at least 2 weeks before moving into the store and are eating and drinking on a regular basis. When taking y
our animal home, please be sure the animal is not set in direct sunlight, or left in a vehicle for any amount of time. Once at home, the animal should be housed alone, and handling kept to a minimum for at least a week, until they've acclimated to their new environment. Dry Goods, Frozen Foods, and Live Foods Return Policy:
Unopened, unused, undamaged dry goods can be returned with receipt within 10 days. Returns or exchanges on light bulbs however, will not be allowed. Feel free to ask us to remove any bulbs from the package to ensure they are undamaged before purchasing. All light bulb sales are final. Frozen and live food sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted.
