Being in veterinary medicine allows me the opportunity and great privilege to help speak for those who are unable to speak for themselves, and I love playing such an integral role in the direct care of animals.

“As an RMD, my mission is to support the people who serve the pets and clients of our communities. I want us to serve them through excellence of medicine, empathy, curiosity and compassion. In order for us to do that, we must also be in a good spot mentally, physically, and emotionally. A large part of my role is to help provide that for veterinarians and others on their team. I want my fellow teammates to feel valued in a way that matters to them. My mission is that they don't just hear me say they are valued, but that they truly feel that.

There are many parts of my role that I love, and my favorite part is the people. I genuinely love supporting, partnering and collaborating with people on their mission to serve clients and pets. I love getting to know our hospitals, their teammates, and what makes them successful. We are very lucky to be surrounded by so many intelligent, empathetic, collaborative folks at every level of this company.

From C-suite down, Mission genuinely cares about people, their growth and their experience. We are committed to excellence in every facet of what we do.

WAG culture is a way of life and not just a company statement. We all get to WAG in our own way and that is incredibly special. Everyone here gets to shine at every level because we all matter. Through her years of mentoring new graduate veterinarians, Dr. Craig consistently saw a surgical confidence gap, with no meaningful or scalable solution in place. So, she decided to do something about it.
