A reminder to all current and prospective clients:

Dogs that bark, scream, or vocalize excessively while kenneled are not a good fit for our program.

While we understand that some barking is normal, continuous barking or screaming throughout the day creates unnecessary stress for the other dogs in our care and makes it difficult for our staff to maintain the calm, structured environment we strive to provide.

This isn't about the occasional bark. We're talking about nonstop barking or screaming during kennel times, which can be stressful for other dogs and creates a difficult environment for everyone in the facility. In some cases, the noise is loud enough that staff cannot have a conversation without raising their voices which can create safety concerns.

Our responsibility is to the group as a whole. If a dog is unable to settle when kenneled and remains highly vocal for extended periods, we may determine that daycare or boarding is not the right environment for them.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize the comfort, safety, and well-being of all dogs in our care, as well as the working environment of our staff.

We will be closed on Wednesday, June 24th so I can attend a very special family event—my nephew's 1st grade graduation! 🎓 (Boarding will remain the same)
