New to the adoption floor - meet Chilli Heeler!

Chilli is a 14-month-old, spayed female cat who was surrendered to the sanctuary, in need of a safe place to be cared for all while expecting kittens (who are also available for adoption).

Chilli is a very sweet and affectionate kitty, who also has a very strong personality. She has always been a very independent cat, who we believe would be best as a single kitty only. She is quite the firecracker; we only say this because she was a wonderful protector of her kittens. This made her the best momma kitty! Chilli has always been very forward and will happily approach to receive pets at any time. If you are looking to add a single kitty to your home this sweet and confident cat is your girl.

New to the adoption floor - meet Rusty!

Rusty is a 2-year-old, neutered male cat who came to the sanctuary when he was found and surrendered to us by a concerned citizen.

Rusty is a very handsome orange tiger boy, who does tend to be a little shy. He is slowly learning to be comfortable around people and would thrive with someone willing to spend a little extra time socializing with him. Rusty does seem to do well with other cats due to his naturally docile temperament; however, he would do best with other friendly, laid-back cats. We think that eventually Rusty could really grow to enjoy the company of another really friendly cat, so long as they are not too forward with him. If you are looking to open your heart and home to a cat, Rusty would make a wonderful addition if he were given a chance to become comfortable. Winning over the heart of a cat is so rewarding!

New to the adoption floor - meet Candi!

Candi is an 18-month-old, spayed female cat who came to the sanctuary after a few kind people brought her in as a stray with concern about her being out in the cold.
This beautiful trashy tiger kitty girl is so very sweet! Her name really suits her well!

Candi is such an affectionate girl, who not only really loves people, but who really loves other cats as well! She can often be found snuggling up with one or more of her kitty roommates in our adoption room or looking patiently out the window for someone to come give her some love. While Candi is generally a pretty quiet girl, she is a cat with a whole lot of personality. She breaks out in instant purrs when given any form of attention, whether she is being petted, or even just looked at lovingly! Candi is an all-around purr-fect kitty girl, who deserves the best home. If you are looking for a sweet and affectionate cat, with lots of personality, Candi is your girl!

Our Cat Sanctuary is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual who can operate in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of animals. Our sanctuary staff takes pride in providing high quality animal care, which includes cleaning, feeding, and enrichment activities for the cats in our shelter. The individual must be available for early morning shift start times, Monday-Friday including rotating weekend and holiday hours. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Previous experience is a plus.
