Ember and Spark were given a pumpkin recently, too! We just had to share a few photos of the encounter 🎃

Thanks to the Zoo's Asia Lead, Melissa, for sharing.

Boo at the Zoo is tomorrow! We can't wait to see everyone's costumes, trick-or-treat, and enjoy a day at the Zoo 👻

George, that's not how you carve a jack-o'-lantern 🤣

Our friends from Songbird Community Garden recently donated pumpkins to the Zoo, and we're happy to see the resident animals enjoying them!

Are you visiting the Zoo sometime soon? You'll see plenty of fall flair! We're decorated and ready for Boo at the Zoo this Saturday (10/17) 🎃

It's time for a proper introduction 🔥✨

Meet Ember and Spark, the red panda sisters! These cubs have grown in size, mobility, and personality, and of course, they're as playful as ever.

What inspired their names? This summer's heat waves and the pair's warm, energetic nature were top of mind. You can tell them apart based on their coloration — Ember is lighter red and Spark is darker red.

We're excited to watch these two explore their habitat this fall! Keep your eyes on our page for future updates.

Thanks as always to the Zoo's Asia Lead, Melissa, for the photos!

We've put together a handful of need-to-knows to help you plan for Billings' biggest trick-or-treat event.

See you on October 17th!

We are heartbroken due to the unexpected loss of Jasmine the Amur tiger. She was a resident at ZooMontana for 12 years.

Unfortunately, during an exploratory procedure today, Jasmine’s heart stopped.

We wanted to provide an update as soon as possible, but we don't have additional details to share at this time. We'll speak more about Jasmine in the days and weeks ahead.

It's so difficult to put into words what she meant to our team, guests, and community. Right now, it feels impossible to communicate the weight of this loss.

Thank you for your understanding, support during this time, and cherishing Jasmine along with us.

Rest easy, Jasmine.

It's International Red Panda Day!

We couldn't let the day pass without sharing a couple quick clips of Pavitra and Pabu's cubs ❤

We're excited to see their growth, and especially today, we're proud of our Zoo's work to support this endangered species.

Thanks to Melissa, ZooMontana's Asia Lead, for sharing these videos!
