I am excited to announce:

Phoenix Rising Equine Book Club!!

A group for adult women who share a passion for horses to meet and share their love for all things equine.

The chosen books will center around horsemanship, humor, education, and horsewomen.

We will meet monthly to discuss the chosen book and enjoy snacks (obviously).

The only cost is the price of the book, which can be bought online, borrowed from a library, purchased on your Kindle, or listened through Audible or Libby.

To join, put your email address in the comments. Most communication will be via email to minimise group chats and social media notifications.

You can join anytime and leave anytime. We don't need one more thing in our lives to commit to. Just let me know when your coming and going.

For my faraway horsey friends or friends that can't come in person for any reason, there will be an option to join each month via Google Meet.

We begin on April 1st!

Hello everyone,

As I am sure most of you all know, there is an outbreak of the Equine Herpes Virus.
The outbreak appears to be wide spread across the US. Right now there is nothing in MT, as far as I know.

I am working closely with our vet to follow protocol to keep the horses at our barn safe.

To keep our horses safe I am asking you to do the following:

Please limit traffic to and from the barn.

I am scheduling lessons on a case by case basis. If you frequent other barns, work at other barns or with horses, you're lesson will most likely be canceled.

I will communicate with everyone individually as their lessons arrise.

If you have horses at other barns you visit please change your clothes, take a shower, sanitize boots, helmets, gloves, jackets ect... before coming to Phoenix Rising.

If you need, I have lysol here for your use.

Please know we are practicing an abundance of caution as to protect the horses here that we all love.
