The Chelmsford Police Department is pleased to welcome a 25-year Chelmsford resident, animal lover, and experienced veterinary professional to the role of Animal Control Officer.

Melissa Glidden is now serving as the Town of Chelmsford’s first-ever female Animal Control Officer.

Our lobby is currently under construction as we add two new exam rooms to better serve you and your pets! While we’re excited for these improvements, it does mean our lobby space will be a bit tighter than usual during the renovation.
