Because of your support, I recently received this award (Top 3 best groomer of Billerica) 🥺 and honestly, it means so much more than just an achievement. It represents all the trust you give me when you drop off your fur babies… even the ones who give me the “I’d rather be home” look 👀🐶 😅
I truly appreciate your patience, especially on those busy days when I’m juggling wagging tails, bath time zoomies, and the occasional “I refuse to be groomed today” attitude or a tight schedule. Your understanding and loyalty never go unnoticed.
Being a sole owner comes with its challenges, but SO rewarding. I get to do what I love, build real relationships with you and your pups, and send them home looking fresh and feeling their best (even if they didn’t love the process at first 😂).
