As we continue organizing and planning our closure, we have another round of items for sale that I'll be posting below.

As a reminder, some of these items may not be available for pickup until after the 30th, but depending on what it is, we may be able to make arrangements for pickup earlier.

We can accept cash, PayPal or I can send you an invoice to pay online with a credit or debit card. I can also provide receipts for any business purchases, just ask!

Hello again everyone, Kaylyn here.

I'm going ahead and posting equipment, furniture and decor we have for sale in this album. There will be more added as we continue organizing, so stay tuned!

From the very bottom of my heart, I can't thank you all enough for the kind words of encouragement, understanding and support during this time.

We know this seemingly sudden decision has caused a lot of stress and panic for our regular grooming customers, and want to make sure you know we are working as quickly as possible to get the answers you are searching for.

Ultimately, our highest priority goal while Far Fetched operations are slowing down to their halt on September 30th is that we are in touch with as many clients as possible to make their transition, regardless of their choice, as seamless as possible.

📣 As a reminder, business is continuing as normal until our official closing date which will be Wednesday, September 30th.

ALL of our groomers are currently organizing plans to continue grooming after our business closure. So, in the meantime, we are collecting a list for each groomer of customers who wish to be contacted by them once they have a better idea of when/where they will be continuing their grooming operations.

In an effort to make things as seamless as possible for our customers, we have created online contact forms for each groomer who will be continuing their grooming operations after our business closure, and an additional one for a general update contact form.

Each link is listed below, and if you need help figuring out who your usual groomer is, we can happily check your profile to see who you've been with in the past. Just send us a message here or give us a call!

Through all of this, I want to make sure you all know how hard I am working to make sure all the sweet, smiling faces you have seen at Far Fetched PetQuarters over the years will be taken care of to the fullest extent of my capabilities. These people are my family and it is my mission to continue loving and supporting them as long as I possibly can.

To our dear customers,

After 5 incredible years of serving you, I have made the extremely difficult decision to close our doors on September 30th.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Thank you to every customer, client, and supporter who has trusted us, walked through our doors, and shared your lives with us over the years. The relationships we’ve built and the memories we’ve created mean more to me than words can ever express, and I wouldn’t trade these past five years or the people I’ve met for the world.

Please know this decision was not made overnight or taken lightly, though we know it may seem that way given the sudden nature following our most recent social media postings.

This business was built from the ground up with every square inch of the building bursting of all the love I had to give, and I have poured every single ounce of my heart and soul into it. From the very beginning, there were so many obstacles, doubts, and challenges that tried to bring me down, but I fought through them.

I have put endless amounts of blood, sweat, and tears (literally and figuratively) into making this dream a reality, which is why making this choice has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Yet, as many of you have known for a while now, I have been battling a number of personal issues for that have made it increasingly hard to keep operating in such a demanding area and tough economy.

Somewhere, in the middle of pushing through the relentless trials and hurdles of small business ownership, I realized that I have slowly lost myself along the way... And I decided it's time for me to find her again.

Through a lot of deep prayer, reflection, and quiet moments seeking guidance, I know in my heart that this is what God is calling me to do. God has made it abundantly clear that my primary ministry and focus right now must be taking care of my mental health, my family, and my children.

Stepping away is essential for me to heal, reset, and walk obediently in the direction He is leading me.

While closing this chapter brings a heavy heart, it also brings so much peace and expectation. I am genuinely excited for what the future holds—not just for myself and my family as we step into this new season of faith, but also for our incredible employees. God has SUCH big plans for each of them, and I cannot wait to see where their talents and hearts take them next.

• As we navigate this transition, please know that all operations and scheduled appointments remain business as usual until our last official day of business on September 30th.

• For anyone who has an appointment scheduled beyond September 30th, our team will be reaching out to you directly in the coming days.

• We want to make sure everyone is kept in the loop, so we will also be reaching out through emails and text messages, as well as posting signs at our location so no one is missed.

Thank you again for five beautiful years, for your endless grace, and for walking alongside me on this journey. I hope to see as many of you as possible over the next month so I can thank you in person as we close out this special chapter. 💛
