This week, we said goodbye to a very special member of the HartFelt family.

Duke crossed the Rainbow Bridge after a life well lived and deeply loved.

As Mary's faithful companion, Duke was more than just a dog. He was a steady presence, a gentle soul, and a friend to everyone he met.

At the kennels, he was known as the wise grandpa. No matter the dog's age, size, or personality, Duke seemed to get along with them all. He had a way of making every dog feel welcome.

Duke wasn't just part of HartFelt Boarding Kennels, he helped shape it. Alongside Timber, Duke's silhouette became part of the HartFelt brand, leaving a permanent mark on the business he helped inspire.

His impact reaches far beyond our kennels. He leaves behind countless memories and a place in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

While our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for every year, every memory, and every moment we were lucky enough to share with him. ❤️🌈
