Charlotte Lapointe was loved from the very first day of her life. She was an energetic, sweet girl who never turned down a favorite snack and filled her family’s days with so much happiness.

Losing Charlotte to IMHA at only four years old was far too soon. Though her life was short, it was spent knowing a lifetime of love.

At Tranquil Waters, we're honored to connect the families we serve with artists and makers who help keep a pet's memory close. Today we're spotlighting Mandi, the hand behind Greyboy Pet Prints.

Mandi is a Southern California pet artist, a self-described crazy cat lady, dog mom, and lover of old, crusty senior pets. Every piece she creates starts the same way it did years ago with her own cat, Jake, aka Greyboy: with one photo and a whole lot of love.

Mandi went through some of the hardest years of her life leaning on Jake's steady, unconditional companionship. When his life came to an end, she wanted a way to hold onto that bond forever, and Greyboy Pet Prints was born.

Today, Mandi handcrafts each etching using ink, metal, sunshine, and cotton paper on her grandmother's own printing press. No two pieces are alike, because no two pets are alike.
