When called to pick up you have 30 mins from the time you are called to pick up after 30 mins there will be a 10 fee added to your grooming bill and 5 dollar per hr after the 30 mins.Im sorry but we are a grooming salon not a doggie day care and do have Clients that can not be with other dogs . We ask for at le

ast 24 hrs for cancellations we understand life happens but please understand our time is valuable as well thank you

If you do not call or show for your scheduled appointment and schedule later in time then there will be a 20 dollar fee added to your grooming bill at pick up again please understand our time is valuable and other clients would have taken your appointment time if you had cancelled.

Good morning Muddypawz family and friends, I am delighted to share our business hours with you. We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 to 3, and Friday and Saturday from 9 to 4. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and our hours may vary. When leaving a message, kindly allow 24 hours for a return call, as we may be unable to answer calls during business hours due to our furry clients being on the tables. Rest assured, we will return your call. Our summer scheduling is currently 2-3 weeks out, so please plan accordingly. As a high-volume grooming salon, not a daycare, we expect pick-up times to be planned accordingly. Our shop policy requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge to your next groom, along with the full groom price at the time of service. Daycare fees for overextending pick-ups will be added to the groom for that day. We take pride in catering to special needs pups, seniors, new puppies, and those with behavioral issues or high anxiety, and we schedule accordingly. Please note that anyone arriving late, over 15 minutes past their scheduled time, will be rescheduled. I strive to maintain an stress-free environment and create the best grooming experience for your pup. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and that of all our clients. Thank you.

Due to hazardous heat conditions, we will be closed today, extending the holiday weekend. Despite running dryers all day and utilizing air conditioning, the interior temperature can still become perilous. The safety and well-being of your pet is my top priority while in my care. I apologize to those who had to be rescheduled; however, I would rather reschedule than compromise their safety and enjoyment of their spa day. We will be closed on Saturday in observance of the holiday and will resume normal business hours on Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday weekend. ❤️🐾

Muddypawz family and friends when scheduling or if your dog is currently on the schedule and gets sprayed by a skunk please allow us to know this prior to coming in we do skunk bath however this is a process and we do not do these baths when other pups are in the building . As soon as they are hit with water the entire place with smell along with any pups in the building . So please allow us to know before the appointment so that they can be scheduled accordingly. The past few days have not been the easiest Sunday afternoon my Marley wen’t over the rainbow bridge 💔 after 10 years of maintaining his lifestyle for a severe heart murmur his Huge heart decided it was time to rest. Leaving my heart broken in two. Marley has always been my number one pup , best friend and sidekick we kept each other strong . My boy has helped me through some of the toughest times of my life always being my support he knew when I needed him the most . Life is just not the same without him by my side 🥲 I miss him so much it hurts . Rip my sweet boy until we meet again love you buddy 💔🥲
