🐾 Please join us in welcoming Danielle to the CCVS family! 🐾 She is our new technician assistant and brings a lifelong love of animals and a diverse background in animal care, including experience as a kennel attendant, veterinary assistant, doggy daycare attendant, and groomer.

Danielle grew up with horses and has raised chickens, turkeys, and pheasants. Today, she’s a proud cat mom to Charlie, Ramsay, and Mama! 🐱❤️

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors. We’re excited to have her on the team and can’t wait for you to get to know her! 🐾

Olivia has been working in the veterinary field for five years and has had a passion for animals from the very beginning, starting with her first job on a horse farm.

She’s a proud dog mom to two adorable pugs, although she’ll always have a soft spot for the big dogs! 🐶

What Is an Echocardiogram?♥️
Did you know that CCVS offers echocardiograms (cardiac ultrasounds) right here in our hospital?
An echocardiogram is a non-invasive diagnostic procedure that uses ultrasound to create real-time images of your pet’s heart. It allows a veterinary specialist to evaluate the heart’s chambers, valves, muscle, surrounding structures, and blood flow.

An echo may be recommended if your pet has:
🐾 A heart murmur
🐾 Signs that could indicate heart disease
🐾 An abnormality seen on X-rays, ECG, or bloodwork
🐾 A known heart condition that needs monitoring

At CCVS, a veterinary specialist comes directly to our hospital to perform these specialized cardiac ultrasounds, helping us provide advanced diagnostic care while keeping your pet in a familiar environment.

Early and accurate diagnosis can help your veterinary team better understand what is happening with your pet’s heart and determine the most appropriate treatment or monitoring plan. ❤️
