Good Morning, Pawrents! 🐶

‼️We are now entering our Summer season which means our busiest season has arrived‼️

We would like to remind all of our DAYCARE CLIENTS the following;

• Daycare spots are REQUIRED to be RESERVED 24 hours in advance. You can do so by texting, calling, or emailing.

• If you did not reserve a daycare spot and you have dropped your dog off for daycare and we are able to accommodate your pup for the day, there is an additional $10 drop in fee that is added to your account and will be applied to your next invoice.

• If you did not reserve a daycare spot and you try to drop off on a day that we are full, you may unfortunately be turned away from daycare that day as we may not be able to accommodate you.

• If you DID reserve a daycare spot, but you do not show up and you do not notify us that you are canceling, an additional $10 no show fee will be added to your account. Please ALWAYS let us know if your pup will not be attending so that frees up a spot for the next pup!

It is extremely important that you reserve your daycare days, especially in the Summer! While we want EVERYONE to have the chance to come play, we do schedule our groupings ahead of time so that those who are with us can enjoy their play to the fullest! By not reserving, unplanned drop offs really affect our playtime schedules!

For those of you who have given us your days in advance and have standing weekly appointments, you are all set and booked!
