One thing that sucks about growing online is dealing with refunds/chargebacks. Places like Amazon and TikTok have very customer friendly policies and unfortunately we have to deal with occasional “missing” or “damaged” packages.

We know that stuff happens. USPS is actually pretty good at reimbursing us when we can provide evidence. But it sucks when people just want free treats. It might seem harmless, but simply marking “damaged” or “missed expectations” to get a refund and then ghosting really sucks for us, the small business.

Thanks to all of you for your support and your cooperation when issues do arise with your shipments. Much love 🙂
