This dog...I dont even know what to say right now. Let's just say ... she is playing with a mouse i think ... that bentley must've caught & brought in the yard. You know ... I thot he was bringing presents for me but now I'm wondering if they weren't for Kimber?!?!

I played plumber today...
I decided to go with a different style handle/knob so I would not be whacking my knuckles disconnecting the hose. Sometimes it ALL has to be unhooked & I surely did NOT like doing that.

1st off I CANNOT believe I have NEVER created an album for 'Masee. He's the little sq**rt in our profile picture w/Joshua sportin' a milk mustache!!!! I will have to add some of him over the years!!!! Inwill get to that at some point.
Anyhow, back to the real reason for this post...
So tgis past Saturday I was riding w/friends, Amanda Platter & Kendall Nichols. We were having a blast exposing 'Masee to things he'd never done, only enough, water crossings & LARGE puddles. We did alot of riding off-road thru the woods. Weeeeell, Kendall & Jake power-blasted up the driveway while Amanda & did an obstacle course up thru the woods. I went over a few large logs & 'Masee & > were thoroughly enjoying oursleves! We stood for awhile yalking to their horses, mini, pony & even caught up with 'Chisee! As wee were getting ready to go ride some more 'Masee started limping. I've never had a horse go lame on me in all that I've owned so this was new for me. I got off to check the foot we thought he was favoring & all i could find was what looked to be a small pea size hole at his coronet band & hoof. I just looked like what I've seen before when one of mine graveled, which is they picked.up gravel & it traveled up the hoof wall & burst out of the hoof wall. No biggie, they've done it dozens of times. All that being said, I eventually had to jump off & walk him the rest of the way home he had gotten that bad.
Now for the fun part of keeping it clean which was not an easy task with all the mud. I cleaned it with vetericyn plus then covered the wound with ichthammol. 'Masee has been such a trooper thru it all 'cause I know it's been hurting him alot. After I sprayed the wound & start wiping off the dirt etc. I saw this sticking up in his hair. I PULLED IT THE REMAINDER OF THE WAY OUT OF HIS WOUND!!!! LET ME TELL YOU ... THE TESTIMONY ... I HAVE FOR ICHTHAMMOL, IT'S JUST AMAZING!!!! The power this stuff has, to be able to PULL THIS out of his wound?!?!?!? It leaves me speachless!!!!

GO ICHTHAMMOL!!!! I WILL NEVER ... NOT ... HAVE THIS STUFF IN MY 1ST AID KIT ... EVER!!!!

This devotion speaks loud & clear about guidance & direction. Do I, rely on His direction & guidance? Not always, its a struggle most days. It's true, we should surround ourselves by like-minded people. It's really hard to "tow the line & walk the walk" when dealing with, well, life issues in general! I have a small group of ladies who are an immense help when I find myself struggling. One of thise ladies in the group calls it "noise". Thats the perfect description. This little group we have has been called a church group, even tho we all go to different churches. The church we go to has a saying ... "the church is now leaving the building"! That is so true, we are the church & sometimes that's the only church some will see. Once upon a time I was told to shut down the group because it wasn't benefitting the particular church we were attending at the time. We meet every thursday @ 11 am, listen to the bible chronologically, discuss what we've heard, talk about our struggles, color, pray for each other & others.....
Sometimes, we need to get out of the way to let Him work. It's such a struggle to "Let Go & Let God"....

After going thru all Kimber's treatment, evals & being given a clean bill of health.....
She came back in...we had 2 ties, the 16th & the 17th. Expected due date for our gran'babies....9/17
Praying all goes well this time around. If not, we will cross that bridge when we get to it, tho most likely not like the outcome!!!! It will be what it will be, God's in charge!!!!
It has been a VERY ROUGH 2 weeks!!!!

I have been lax in sharing the new addition to our critters. Sooo, that being said....
Id like everyone to meet My Little One Eyed Bandit. We went back down to Colby’s Crew Rescue where we got C.B. a year ago for Glen. They said he was their little pocket rocket! And let me tell ya....this boy is quick! He definitley needs an experienced rider because he seems to always want to see what he can get away with! Poor thing has only 1 eye & was returned multiple (we are his 3rd family) because he was spooky? I have only had a couple issues here but as long as I give him opportunity to look at his surroundings, he does just fine.
Yesterday, I was luvin' on him like I do with everyone (if they'll let me..sometimes they get moody & be like...nope...not today), he just reminded me of Malaki...but a different color! He....was 14H too!
