UPDATE - 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨THE LOUISIANA CAJUN NAVY IS ASKING THAT ALL RESCUE REQUESTS IN LA PLACE GET ON THE ROOF AND TURN ON YOUR FLASHLIGHTS.

🚨🚨🚨Jefferson Parish Fire Chief just issued a statement that Bayou Barataria is overtopping at Jean Lafitte. He said within 2 hours the entire city will be under water. They are trying to evacuate as much as they can. But the conditions in Jefferson Parish are too dangerous for anyone to get anyone out. 911 is telling people they can't get out to save them.

ENTERGY issued a statement that their main transmission tower collapsed into the river leaving New Orleans, Orleans Parish and Most of Jefferson Parish without power. This is a MAJOR issue. This means looking at being without power long term.

Reports coming in that the levees in New Orleans are giving.

Riverland neighborhood in Laplace is going underwater. 100s of people are requesting to be rescued in LaPlace. People are on their roofs. Cambridge is the worse area of LaPlace right now. Peoples houses are under water. They are clinging to trees and begging for people to help them. I am hearing request for rescue over and over again.

I have been working on another movie. One of many I have worked on. As set medic and wrangler. Long days and nights. I only do a couple a year. Be glad to get back to my regular schedule.
