🚨 This little hitchhiker was removed from a patient and safely contained for identification. Ticks may be small, but they can carry serious diseases like Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis — for both pets *and* people. 😳

Here’s the scary part: tick season is already in full swing, and we’ve been seeing an increase in tick-borne illness cases lately. 🐾
