Every interaction is a training opportunity. Mina’s positive energy made every interaction enjoyable. It is rewarding as a trainer to work with a family that is dedicated to making sure their whole “pack” receives quality training.

I had a good time attending HITS K9 Conference 2026. They brought in some impressive speakers (Dr. Kenneth Furton, Dr Kathryn McConnell, Eugene P. Ramirez, and Zack Pfannenstiel just to name a few). Covering topics from canine health, legal updates, deployments and even muzzle work. It was great to catch up with old friends as well as vendors (new and old). I feel it is important to keep an eye on the current industry standards as well as evaluating where we stand.

Knowledge isn't power until it is
applied.

I admire my son’s dedication to his new pup. Watching him apply his knowledge and build a module to train his young Labrador Retriever is very impressive. Nothing beats being in nature, a good dog and family.

Training Tips:
*Do not rush your training.
*Always start with a plan.
*Slowly add time, distance and angles to your tasks.
*Make sure your dog is consistent and reliable before advancing.
