Flying Flower Ranch, LLC Flying Flower Ranch is located in East Bend in the town of Alfalfa. We raise and sell angus cattle, Boer meat goats and host equestrian events.

Its owners compete nationally in 2 Man Ranch Sorting and Penning Events. Butterflies are known as "Flying Flowers". Butterflies also symbolize: Souls lost, life transitions, life choices, gracefulness, ability to transform /adaptability. Butterflies only stay where the environment is in "harmony"; one of my life goals. I found this property about 9 months after my mother passed away, 6 months after my father passed away and a few weeks after my divorce was finalized. It was the most challenging time period in my life. This property/business helped me find growth and peace.

Bend, Oregon Community - FYI

Hi, my name is Steve Augustyn, and I am one of the owners of Silver Moon. I have three young boys who have all attended Silver Rail, and our youngest is in 4th grade at Silver Rail now. The school and the community have been a part of our lives for many years.

Some of you know me, and some of you may not. If you do know me, you know how much I love and care about this community and the well-being of people from all walks of life. I have always done my best to make sure Silver Moon is a place where everyone feels welcome.

Pubs were created to be gathering places for communities, and that is exactly what I hope we can be. A place where people can come together, support one another, and talk about what they’re feeling, whether it’s good, bad, sad, angry, happy, or anything in between.

This Wednesday, October 21st, I would like to invite you all to the pub to do just that.

100% of all sales and donations, not just the profit, but every dollar spent, will be donated to the families ( or a charity of their choosing) who have experienced loss from this tragedy.

I am doing this intentionally so there is no confusion about my motives. This is not about notoriety, publicity, or financial gain. I’m doing this for myself, for Silver Rail, and for a community that desperately needs a place to come together and support one another.
