🐾 The Real MVPs of the Lobby (and the Phones!) 📞
If you’ve ever called our clinic or walked through our front doors, you already know the incredible faces and voices of our reception team!
Our receptionists are the heart of Animal Care Clinic, and to say they wear "many hats" is an understatement. On any given day, you can find them:
Playing Matchmaker: Pairing the perfect appointment time with your busy schedule.
Acting as Air Traffic Control: Managing ringing lines, incoming emergency pages, and checking in patients all at once.
Being Treats Directors: Ensuring every furry visitor gets their strictly required dose of belly rubs and goodies.
Serving as Comfort Coordinators: Offering a tissue, a listening ear, and a compassionate heart when you need it most.
It’s a fast-paced, unpredictable job, but they handle the chaos seamlessly—and as you can see, they always do it with a genuine smile on their faces! They truly live out the motto on our wall: "Because pets are family too!"
