Did you know 20 minutes of the right game can do more for your dog than an hour of open play? 🐾🧠

Mental stimulation works differently than physical exercise. A focused game, like scent work or a puzzle, engages a dog's brain in a way that plain running around does not. Twenty minutes of that kind of engagement can leave a dog just as satisfied and tired as a full hour of play.

It is part of why we build structured activities into our daycare days, not just open romp time. A tired brain is just as important as tired legs.

Pumpkin season has officially reached the freezer. 🎃🐾

Frozen Pumpkin Paws are on the menu for one week only. Two ingredients, that's it: plain pumpkin and unsweetened yogurt, frozen into little paw shapes because we have priorities.

No added sugar, nothing weird, just a cold pumpkin treat your dog will lose their mind over.

🎃 Frozen Pumpkin Paws
🥄 Plain pumpkin + unsweetened yogurt
💰 $5
🗓️ October 12 through October 18

Perfect for a pup who just spent the day playing hard, and honestly the most photogenic thing we serve all fall. Add one at drop-off and we'll send you the mid-lick photo.

Add it at drop-off or call (816) 388-3737.

🐾💕 Meet Bruce, Our Sweet Super Senior! 💕

At 15 years young, Bruce has stolen the hearts of our entire team here at Lily’s Play-N-Stay! ❤️

Bruce has been part of our Lily’s family for the past couple of years, and we absolutely adore this sweet old man!

Bruce has always been a gentle soul who finds his greatest comfort in being close to people. We’ve learned that his happy place is right alongside our reception team, where he can enjoy all the love, attention, and companionship he deserves! 🥰💕

One of the things we love most about what we do is finding the right fit for EVERY pet in our care. No two dogs are alike, and we believe their experience with us should reflect that! Some thrive running and playing with their furry friends, while others, like Bruce, are happiest simply being close to their favorite humans.

Taking the time to learn each pet’s personality, understand their needs, and discover what makes them feel safe, comfortable, and happy is something we take so much pride in. ❤️

And at 15 years old, we think Bruce has more than earned his special spot behind the front desk! 🥹💕

We love you, Bruce! Thank you for letting us be part of your golden years. You'll always have a special place in our hearts! 🐾💗

Look what we did together🐾

In August, your bookings sent $1,468 to Lily's Rescue Rehab. That's $4,352 total in just three months since we launched our new packages.

Every enrichment daycare, every boarding stay, every package puts a little toward a dog still waiting on a family. You didn't have to do anything extra. You just booked your pup a great day.

Featured here: Austin and Bellamy 🐾 Two of the good babies your bookings support, and both still looking for their furever homes. So are the rest of our pups.

Thank you. Keep booking, and we'll keep the tally going. 📈

🎃👻 Halloween photoshoot day at Lily’s! 📸🐾

The babies weren’t quite sure what to think about getting all dressed up in their Halloween costumes today. 😂 Some of the looks they gave us were absolutely PRICELESS!

They may not have understood why we were putting them in costumes, but they sure seemed to enjoy seeing us smile, laugh, and make a big fuss over how adorable they looked. 🥰🧡

We’d say October is off to a pretty adorable start here at Lily’s! 🎃🍂🐾 We can’t wait for all the fall fun still to come!
