Dogs know how to run, they know how to play, and they know how to be excited; this comes naturally. What dogs need help learning is how to be calm. They need to learn the art of doing nothing.

There are no secrets in dog training. It all comes down to experience, repetition, and realistic goals

When teaching new behaviors to your dog, the goal is for them to succeed. If you find your dog failing we need to make it easier. We can do that by changing the 3 D's of dog training (Duration, Distance, & Distraction)

Sadie went home today, and she did so great during her go home session with her family! We are going to miss her so much.

Sadie came to us as a hyperactive young dog who needed to build a foundation of communication, confidence, and impulse control and she has come so far in the last month.

This is just the beginning of her journey but she is off to a great start and we are very proud of her.

Sadie used to run at the sight of the leash. Now she comes to it on command.

Such a big step for her

I've taken quite the much needed break from social media, but we're still out here helping dogs and their humans.

Our B&T dog Sadie is just too cute to not share with the world. Look at that face.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my past, present and future clients.

I've made the best friends doing this and it wouldn't be possible without all of you.

Wish you all nothing but the best!
