📣 Turnip is ready to grow with her fur-ever family! Turnip has been vacationing at the hospital for about two weeks now and has been having sleepovers with our techs. She is an ~18w Boxer mix. She will be fully vaccinated and sent with heartworm/flea prevention when she is adopted. All applicants will be reviewed to ensure she goes to the paw-fect home. She does well with other dogs, cats, and kids and is very snuggly! We are asking a rehoming fee that will go towards the care BAH has given her in her time here. Our newest staff member in training: Stanley, a ~7 week old kitty with cerebellar hypoplasia (commonly known as CH). Due to his brain not fully developing, Stanley is a bit wobbly (and slow to answer the phones), but that doesn’t stop him from living out his best kitty life!

CH in cats most commonly occurs when momma cat has feline distemper and passes it on to her kittens. Though Stanley is expected to live a long, normal life, and the cause of his CH can’t quite be determined, he is a great example of why we recommend spaying and vaccinating our kitties - even if they’re indoor only! 🐈‍⬛🐾

These two adorable 25-week-old poodles are ready to steal your hearts! From zoomies to snuggles, they’re bringing nonstop joy (and just a little mischief!) wherever they go.
