Due to increased demands and inconvenience caused by no-shows and last minute cancellations, we have a No-show and Late cancelation fee Policy.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call our office within normal business hours and give us a 24 hour notice. Reschedules or cancellations after the 24 hour window, same day cancelations, and no-shows will result in a $40 fee.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.

If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please notify our office at 254-799-0808 before your scheduled time. We will notify you at that time if we are able to accommodate a late arrival in a timely fashion with a $25 late fee (if 20 minutes or more that your scheduled appointment) If you show 20 minutes or later without a call you will be considered a no show.

Holiday season is coming up. Please make sure your pets are fully vaccinated before traveling/ boarding them. Please come see Dr. Folsom and Dr.Bielamowicz to have your pets taken care of! Also do not forget starting next week we will be open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30pm!
