INTAKE HOLD ‼️

Unfortunately we have to go back on a strict intake hold- unless we have already agreed to intake someone we cannot assist until we pay off some of our vet bills.
We owe over $15,000 still in vets office bills.

Just this week we have spent over $3,000 in spay/neuter bills, $1,000 on medical supplies including vaccines and $650 on oil for our heater for The Cat Lounge by Community Cat Club.

We have taken in so many kittens this year, so many medical cases and honestly we’ve been overwhelmed.
We strive to provide the best care for the cats and kittens we take in but that comes at a hefty cost.
We also need to be able to take a break for our teams own mental health.

SPAY AND NEUTER DAY Part 3 ‼️

We have already sent 16 cats and kittens for surgery this week and have another 15 going today.
Then another 5 possibly tomorrow 😵‍💫
That would be a total of 36 cats and kittens fixed this week.

We desperately need donations to help cover these large expenses.

TRANSPORT HELP NEEDED ‼️

Can anyone help with surgery drop off/pick ups this week?!

COVERED! 🟣 Tuesday 10/20 (tonight) - we need a few cats picked up from The Spayed Club Veterinary Clinic in Collingdale, PA between 5 and 5:30 PM

Drop off COVERED. Pick up needed! 🟣 Wednesday 10/21 - we need 14 kittens dropped l off to The Spayed Club between 8 and 9 AM and then picked up between 5 and 5:30 PM

BOTH COVERED! 🟣 Thursday 10/22- we need a few cats dropped off for surgery to the Spayed Club between 8 and 9 AM and then picked up between 5 and 5:30 PM

DONATIONS NEEDED ‼️

We are at the vet this morning with Macintosh so he can see a specialist to try and get more answers as to what’s going on with him.

Macintosh came to us with his sister two weeks ago with an upper respiratory infection that has since been treated.
Unfortunately Macintosh has continued to struggle with his breathing as you can hear in the video.
He was seen at urgent care last week and X-rays showed a possible trachea concern so we are at another hospital today to see an internal specialist and to get further diagnostics done.

The visit alone is $265 but that doesn’t include the diagnostics which we aren’t sure exactly what we’ll be doing yet but we know it won’t be cheap.

Orzo is back at our HQ in our kitten nursery and is in an incubator on oxygen.
His X-rays showed some concerning signs pointing to possible pneumonia so we are treating supportively and with oxygen therapy.
We will take him back to the vet if he starts declining.

We’re hoping this boy can improve with this care.
