Good evening! We are hosting our first vaccine clinic of the year at CHS and are excited to offer this service to Belllingham! Our thanks to Angie at Tails A’ Waggin, an established and esteemed local business, for helping us get this event up and running. We also thank the WHS for their support in this event. We do hope to keep these events going monthly in order to help local pet parents with their wellness needs💜 We look forward to continuing to offer our services to the pets of Bellingham😊😊😊

It’s spring, everyone likes housecleaning, right? We wanted to update a few things, namely we are excited to be collaborating with the WHS and Tails a waggin for some exciting vaccine clinics locally starting this spring. Dates to be decided.

We also are excited to be preparing for our much needed website new launch, to reflect our current business-it’s time.

We are as always accepting new patients, and as always prioritize home euthanasia in our practice, as we have since 2010, when we established our practice as home euthanasia. As many of you know, we expanded into wellness care, sick patent care and minor surgery/ dental. Euthanasia requests are always prioritized, as these patients and families are needing help in a timely fashion. We always strive to be available to help with a gentle transition at home when requested. We partner with West Coast Crematory, but our clients of course can also opt for locally owned Radiant Heart.

We are growing in the direction of offering more homeopathic treatments… in addition to western medicine. This will be achieved by Dr. MacInnes pursuing continuing education in the realm of nutrition, palliative care, and possibly acupuncture-We will update.

Dr. Macinnes has pursued advanced certification in fear free medicine- something she has always felt very strongly about before fear free became a term, and advanced euthanasia techniques(CAETA)Dr. MacInnes is well versed in euthanasia, and has been practicing with a gentle style with pets and pet parents since 2003.

We are asking, gently, for those of you who have been happy with our services, to kindly let us know, as we are trying to gather some testimonials for the new website❤️

We provide end of life care and cremation services in our clients homes in Whatcom and Skagit county. We have offered this service since 2010 and pride ourselves in making end of life visits the most peaceful and sensitive moments for the families of their beloved pets. Sometimes we provide service for long-standing clients, and other times we meet families for the first time. We pride ourselves in the compassion that we give, as we also have experienced such losses. Our clinic tries to seemlessly make this transition easier for pet parents by handling all aspects of the transition, including aftercare. We are the oldest home euthanasia centered practise in whatcom and Skagit, and we continue to be honoured by helping in such delicate moments💕

Vaccines $25

Sat June 25 12-3, first come first serve

All other services or medications will be discussed and estimated above and beyond vaccines.

We are trying to help the community and pet parents with a low cost alternative to our daily operations, on a day that our business is typically closed. You can experience the Fear Free techniques that we offer, in a stationary setting, hence avoiding our typical travel fee which is placed per housecall. Please don’t hesitate to take advantage of our vaccine clinics. We are here to help our community, as always💕💕💕

We really love our Mobile sprinter hospital van, and we can say with confidence that our patients do as well💕our home visits greatly reduce the stress associated with traveling to the vet, and being at the vet! We are fear free certified and this goes hand in hand with home visits, especially with our feline patients. We are always welcoming new patients, and we do prioritize those already established with us, but we do have room for more patients💕we offer general wellness exams and wellness care such as blood testing and fecals and vaccines, and heartworm testing, and flea/ tick/ heartworm prevention as well as seeing patients with illnesses. We pride ourselves in offering peaceful in home euthanasia and cremation services when needed, and quality of life exams. Our business was founded in 2010 with in home Euthanasia and quality of life exams but expanded due to the demand of general well pet care, and now we also perform dental surgery and other simple surgeries that do not require intensive care. We recently lost our family member due to cancer. Over the years we have experienced many similar personal losses and understand the heartbreak involved. We prioritize in home euthanasia at our practice and take the time with each family to make sure that the euthanasia process is peaceful, and at the pace of the family and pet. We have been offering this service to whatcom and Skagit residents since 2010, and take pride in our ability to comfort families and ease the transition of beloved family members. We do strive to make the process of letting go as seamless as possible, so that when the time comes, the family is taken care of, from the first phone call, through to the cremation process. We also provide in home consultation for quality of life assessments and in order to guide you in your decision making. There may be some misinformation regarding clinics who offer this in home experience we understand, but we want to remind our clients and future clients that euthanasia in home is our priority and has been since 2010💕always. We do hope we can fulfill your needs in the future💕
