Why not online booking?

A few reasons...

For new clients we need to get a sense of your pet, its unique needs, coat condition, and the grooming required. And Honestly, you Need to be able to "vibe check" us. Leaving your pet somewhere new is a big deal! That's your Furry Family & you Should have the chance to talk to the people you are trusting them with.

My regulars...

We know you, your dog, the nuances of its groom.
We know not every Bichon we see is going to have the same styling and therefore will have different levels of prep time & finish work.
We know Ginger the golden has fairly light coat furnishings & can be put in on a day with another big brushout, whereas another golden... Possibly not.
We know which babies are more sensitive & need to be booked when there isn't a hound doggie singing the blues in the bath.

The list goes on & on. It's our job to navigate each appointment to the best spot.

So no, We will Not be replacing Human to Human conversation with online booking.

And maybe you could use a chat with someone happy to hear from ya ❤️.

Little Regal and his family deserve a Special Shoutout!
He has a Very challenging coat texture & they have done a Phenomenal job of asking smart questions, investing in coat specific products & putting in the time & care at home to keep him combed out.
The end result?
Their sweet boy looks like a Handsome Fluffy cloud!❤️❤️
