📣 A Quick Update for Our Clients! 🐾

We’re making some exciting changes behind the scenes! Our Bellbrook location made the switch to a brand-new software system today, and our Centerville location will be making the transition tomorrow.

As with any big change, there will be a learning curve! This system is new for all of us, and our team is learning as we go. We appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding as we work through this transition and get comfortable with our new system.

Our priority remains providing the best possible care for you and your furry family members. ❤️ Thank you for bearing with us during this time. 🐶🐱

Our Bellbrook office will remain open as usual. Please direct any urgent phone calls to that location during that time frame. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

We loved having this group of coworkers from Covenant Animal Clinic join us last weekend for an Open Gym workout.

🎆 Fourth of July Reminder 🐾

If your pet gets anxious during fireworks, please call us before the holiday if you think they may need sedatives or anti-anxiety medication.

Medication requests can take 24–48 hours (or longer) to be approved and filled depending on doctor availability and how busy the clinic is each day. As the holiday gets closer, wait times may increase as more refill requests come in.

Don’t wait until the last minute—call us now to help make sure your pet is comfortable and prepared for the Fourth of July! ❤️🐶🐱
