Sunny Sugarcreek Stables Welcome to Sunny Sugarcreek Stables! 🐴 Located on Ferry Road just east of Sugarcreek MetroPark in Bellbrook, Ohio.

We offer a peaceful horse-centered atmosphere with access to miles of bridle trails. A place where horses and people can thrive together. Sunny Sugarcreek Stables mission is to provide a safe and nurturing home for horses where owners and horses can learn, grow and thrive.

🌅 A New Morning

“Your mercies are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

Each new morning is a reminder that yesterday does not have to define today. God’s mercy is fresh, His compassion never fails, and His faithfulness remains.

A morning blessing for the horses, caregivers, and boarders:

May there be wisdom in caring for each horse, patience and kindness among those who work together, and peace for the day ahead.

May every horse be safe, healthy, and well cared for.
May every caregiver have strength and wisdom.
May every boarder find peace, belonging, and joy at the barn.

And may this beautiful new day be a reminder of the goodness of God and His faithfulness in all things.

🐴 Good Evening Prayer

Heavenly Father,
We come before You tonight with grateful hearts, praising You for the gift of this day. You are the Creator of heaven and earth, the giver of life, and the One who holds all things together. The beauty of Your creation declares Your glory, and we worship You for Your goodness, wisdom, and unfailing love.
Lord, we ask You to place Your loving protection over all our boarders, every horse at Sunny Sugarcreek Stables, our families, and our neighbors. Surround us with Your angels, guard our homes and property, and keep us safe from harm.
As the day comes to a close, quiet our hearts, ease our worries, and grant us peaceful rest. May everything we do, every life we touch, and every blessing we receive bring honor and glory to Your holy name.
We surrender this night and tomorrow into Your hands, trusting in Your perfect care.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ,

Autumn light slips through the trees. Mist drifts across the pasture. And Junior stands quietly in the warmth of the rising sun.
These are the moments that remind us why we love this life.

A beautiful new face has joined our Sunny Sugarcreek Stables family! 🖤🤍🐴

This lovely black-and-white paint mare arrived at her new home, and it didn’t take long for everyone to come by and say hello. She’s patiently enduring her quarantine time while getting acquainted with her new surroundings, though we’re pretty sure she’d much rather be out meeting her new herd! That day will come soon enough, and we look forward to watching her settle in.

We love these little moments that make our barn more than just a place to board horses. It’s a community of people who share a love for these incredible animals.

Mimi’s mom sent me this photo yesterday, and it honestly made me so happy. 🥰

Look at Mimi sporting her Sunny Sugarcreek Stables hat! I absolutely love it! 😂🐴💚

And apparently, Mimi thinks she’s Angela, our Barn Manager! 😂 Angela spends so much time with the horses through lessons and training, so I guess Mimi decided she needed to represent the barn, too!

But honestly, it means so much to me when a boarder sends me something like this. Knowing that they’re proud to be part of what we’re building here—and that they think enough of our barn to send me a picture like this—means more than they probably realize. ❤️

These little moments remind me why we do what we do. This truly is a place where horses belong, and where their people belong, too.

We are so thankful for the wonderful horses and people who make up our Sunny Sugarcreek barn family. 🌿🐴💚
