🌙🐾 Harvest Moon Litter — Puppy Preschool & Exciting Updates! 🐾🌙
It's been another wonderful day here at Mere Point Poodles, and our Harvest Moon puppies are doing fantastic! ❤️
Our little ones have officially started Puppy Preschool! 🎓🐩
This week, we're introducing the command "Sit!" Next week, we'll begin working on "Down," followed by introductions to "Stay," "Come," and leash training the following week a little at a time.
At Mere Point Poodles, we believe in building a strong foundation through early education and positive experiences. We introduce new skills gradually, using short, age-appropriate sessions that allow our puppies to learn at their own pace.
Our goal is to encourage confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn without overwhelming their developing minds. By introducing basic commands early and keeping learning fun, we hope to make the transition into their new homes and future training experiences a little smoother.
We Have an Official Puppy Pickup Date!
After hearing from majority of our wonderful puppy families, we've officially selected Sunday, November 22nd, as our go-home day!
Tomorrow, we'll begin organizing our 30-minute pickup appointments between 11 AM and 2 PM. Families will have the opportunity to select their preferred available time in order of deposit placement.
It's hard to believe we're already planning for these babies to head off on their next adventures! Watching them grow, develop their individual personalities, and begin learning about the world has been such a rewarding experience.
🍂 And the Fun Doesn't Stop With the Puppies!
We're also looking forward to Saturday's FIT DOG group walk with Minnie and Penny!
This outing will be pulling double duty! Not only will we be enjoying another wonderful group walk, but we'll also be tracking our steps and mileage toward our AKC FIT DOG Turkey Trot medallion! 🦃🏅
Between raising our Harvest Moon babies, preparing for their futures, and continuing our adventures with our adult Poodles, there's always something exciting happening here!
We're so proud of all our dogs, from the tiniest puppies taking their first steps in training to our adults continuing to work toward new goals and accomplishments.
Raising confident companions, encouraging lifelong learning, and celebrating every achievement along the way.
