⚠ Keyboard warriors, we need your help! Facebook is being wonky and most of our HSMC FB administrators, including our primary social media volunteer, are currently unable to post or comment on any group pages!

One of the best ways to get the word out about our adoptable pets, as well as lost/found animals, is through social media.

At the moment (and the foreseeable future), our team is extremely limited in how we can share information.

💗 ADOPTED: At the end of our Clear the Shelters adoption campaign, we only had three animals still available for adoption - 2 barn kitties and a beautiful, sassy cat named Macchiato. 🎉

Last week our two barn cats were adopted together! They are now safely transitioning to their new environment.

We took a week off of adoptions to refresh our PetSmart adoption center, and now we have LOTS of lovely kitties ready for their forever homes. 😻

🐶 Plus, we have several adorable puppies available for pre-adoption!

Why not do a little refresh ourselves?

We've been busy cleaning and painting the adoption center! And we are installing better storage and display options as well!

We aren't finished yet, but it's looking so fresh and inviting! We can't wait for you to see the final product!

This project will wrap up this weekend, and cats will start arriving MONDAY!

We're already scheduling appointments, so if you're interested in adopting, get that application in so we can get you on the schedule! So many great kitties ready to meet you!

⚠️ FOOD & SUPPLIES NEEDED: Please help with these two urgent needs. ⚠️

1️⃣ Dog & Cat Food
We supply 5 different food banks with dog and cat food, and we're running low. We accept all brands of food, and opened bags are OK as long as you have the original packaging. Please no expired food.

2️⃣ Parvo Puppy Supplies
We have taken in 9 puppies who have been exposed to and are showing symptoms of parvo, a very serious virus. Please help us support our SUPERHERO foster who is providing their care.

At this time, these items are still needed:
Color safe bleach
Hand sanitizer
Foot covers
Disposable puppy pads
Hand and bath towels
Small blankets
