Please bear with me as I am hoping today is the last day with messed up hours. I have multiple Dr appts, check ups, and tests to be done today to figure out some things. Hours are listed below for today, and will hopefully be consistent and back to normal schedule tomorrow.

Update : I am out of the hospital and doing well. For those that don’t know, I have history of hypertension/ high blood pressure that I need to take very seriously. Most of you know how much I do and the amount of stress I take on. Lesson learned for sure. As of now, I will be open tomorrow 11-5 to take care of you guys. Thank you all so much for the messages, calls, and prayers.

I want to say thank you to the customers and dear friends who helped me at store today while waiting for an ambulance. You guys truly are the best.

I am doing okay but of course remain closed today, and potentially tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.❤️

To all of my customers and supporters,

I want to personally apologize for being less active on social media and slower to respond lately. As business has grown and schedules have become more demanding, I know I haven’t been as present or communicative as I should be. For that, I truly feel guilty.

Every customer who supports Global Pets means a lot to me. I never want anyone to feel ignored, overlooked, or unappreciated. The last thing I would ever want is for our service or communication to make anyone feel like they are not important to us.

I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to keep up with appointments, provide quality service, and balance the growing demands of the business, but I also recognize that communication matters just as much. I take full responsibility for falling short in that area recently.

These past few weeks I have been starting social media, creating a new business, dealing with website development, insurance policies, marketing, photo shoots, working a 9-5, running Global Pets, helping take care of my parents businesses, hiring/training a new employee, tending my garden, all while trying to have time to relax (which I don’t ever tend to do). I truly am beat.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support, recommend, and trust us. Your patience and loyalty truly mean more than you know. I am making improvements and am committed to doing better moving forward. 🤍❤️🖤
