Posh N Wash Code of Conduct:

•if you do not brush your dogs and they get so matted that I can not brush them without causing the dog pain, I will shave your dog. You will be told before that happens. Dematting a dog is not hard but if it is a severe case it is better for that animal to be shaved.

•if your dog has claws that are digging backwards into their paw, I will not cut their nails and will require a vet visit and proof of said visit before seeing that dog again. After that visit I will resume trimming that dogs nails on a regular basis.

•no dog, no matter the breed or size, will not be labeled as viscous in my eyes. I do ask that if your dog is prone to biting please inform me before hand so I can take precautions.

• I ask that my clients have me groom at least 1-2 times a month if possible, this especially applies to specialized breeds. If you do not properly care for your dogs fur, I can not do so either.

I have been asked about some of my extra fees:

•If I get bit by your animal in a vicious manner (this applies to any breed and size of animal), I will add a charge of $15 to your bill and all apts going forward with your animal will require me to muzzle them.

We will be offering in Home services again! Sorry for the quiet time we took, it was a much needed break!

We will be going to our customers homes to provide a grooming experience that your fur babies feel comfortable having and it works around our clients needs as well!

You don’t even have to worry about the mess afterwards because we clean that up too!
